beautiful. where is this? is it lockharts? i've got some okay vw pictures from around my own house, but you are much better a photographer than i. :)

i didn't catch the name of the place, but i think it is lockharts... it's off of main st, maybe a 2 or 3 blocks from market...

Yes, I remember Lockharts well. I always loved getting my vw serviced there just so I could experience the museum of cars. Then I realized he wasn't to up on late 80's model fuel systems. Great shots by the way!

Lockhart's fixed many an electrical problem (and fuel problem and drivetrain problem and brake problem) on my old, crappy '85 Golf.
I hated that car. I finally just let the city tow it away when it broke down (for good) two blocks for my house. I suppose some sucker eventually bought it from a city auction.

ah... good memories of my '85 Fox... still wish I had that car. Lockhart saved that car and my very thin post-college bank account back then.
